Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and dispatched from our supplier's warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays.

 

Shipping Times & Rates

 

We ship worldwide! Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping times can be affected by variables outside of our control (such as customs clearance or postal service delays).

Note on Multiple Items: If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different supplier locations and arrive at different times. This is to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this to check your item's status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available and update.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time for your region, with your name and order number contact us, and we will look into it for you.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

the future gadgets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

 

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at the customer's expense.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

the future gadgets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
